Thank you for dropping in on my new blog. I started this blog so that I can document my progress on my book – Adopting the Heart of a Father. That is at least my current working title. I have been working on the book for about 10 months now. The book is about how God has given me a father’s heart. Specifically, the book chronicles my journey, along with my wife Danielle, of becoming foster and then adoptive parents. It begins from the time we felt God challenging our hearts to consider adopting through the foster care system to actually adopting a young child.
Many friends and family are eagerly awaiting the completion of the book. So, to help wet the appetite even more, I will share my thoughts and progress here. Thank you to everyone who has encouraged me not only in the journey of fostering and adopting but also in writing this book.
